(1) What was value of buildings (a) when lease was granted in 1925 (b) in Director of Public Works recent
Estimate ?
(2) Are you satisfied that present building will continue to meet requirements of Folice School in the
future?
(3) Is there any reason to think that present month to month lease will not be renewed indefinitely?
(4) Is no alternative accommodation available, which
might be rented ?
(5) Has future greatly enhanced value of this area referred to in your paragraph 4 been taken into account in estimate of value of two lots proposed to be assigned
to Missions Etrangères ?
(6) Are these lots at present occupied ?
If so
at what rent ?
